yes!!! yessssss. thank you for this! I cut out wheat a few weeks ago — NOT for my weight, though that has been a pleasant side effect. I finally put my mental health first; wheat was apparently affecting my blood sugar levels to such a high degree that I was having weekly nervous breakdowns. don’t want to do that to my son anymore. taking a tyrosine supplement to ease the transition. kinda actually don’t miss it at all. feel amazing. balanced and superwoman-like. also, I just stopped talking to myself like a mean girl a few months ago. what a revelation.
