This is coddling. I was told the same thing. It is not true. Your “frame” changes with your weight. The body puts fat everywhere at a certain point, and when you’ve been at it long enough, it also leaves the places it shouldn’t have been at all – between your internal organs, in your ribcage, etc. That’s when your “frame” changes. And it will, Shannon. You will change! I’ve found it helpful to stop focusing on “losing” weight, because the term is so negative. Doing things that made my body and my brain and everything feel better, making me a priority was what did it for me. When I focused on the weight, I only gained more.
