What I’ve found troubling for some time is how much people are used to not saying what they mean that they project all their own ways of skewing the truth onto you when you’re actually saying exactly what you mean, do you know what I mean? Or when I take things people say at face value because I like not thinking too much about what else they could mean with what they’re saying – I have done that enough in my life, thank you very much – they say I shouldn’t have believed them.

People seem to get more confused the more you communicate clearly. How weird is that?
